Watch George Strait Send His Love and Prayers to 10-Year-Old Girl Battling Cancer

George Strait posted a video message on the Facebook page of Heroes and Cops Against Childhood Cancer, sending his love to a 10-year-old girl named Bella, who is battling cancer.

“Hey, Bella, it’s me, George Strait,” said George in the video. “Hey, darlin’, I heard you weren’t doing so well. I just want you to know that I’m thinking about you and I’m praying for you and I hope you get better really, really soon. I just want you to know that I’m thinking about you. And thank you for listening to me and liking my music. That makes me very happy. Anyway, darlin’, I hope you get better real soon, and remember I love you. Bye, bye darlin’.”

Damon Cole, the Fort Worth police officer who started Heroes and Cops Against Childhood Cancer—and helped coordinate George’s involvement—reached out to thank George via Twitter.
