Kelsea Ballerini and “The Voice” Pick Up Kids’ Choice Awards Nominations

Nickelodeon announced its Kids’ Choice Awards yesterday (Feb. 2) and just one country star picked up a nomination: Kelsea Ballerini earned a nod in the Favorite New Artist category where she will compete against The Chainsmokers, Daya, Lukas Graham, Solange, Rae Sremmund, Hailee Steinfeld and Twenty One Pilots.

The only other country-related nomination was in the Favorite Reality Show category where The Voice, co-helmed by judge Blake Shelton, will tangle with America’s Funniest Home Videos, America’s Got Talent, American Ninja Warrior, Paradise Run and Shark Tank.

Check out the full list of nominees and tune in to Nickelodeon on March 11 at 8 p.m. ET for the show, which will be hosted by John Cena.
